Shipping Policy

At launch, Mythical Buzz ships eligible orders only to addresses in Texas where direct shipment is legally permitted.

21+ delivery

Alcohol shipments require an adult recipient age 21 or older. The carrier may require valid identification and a personal signature at delivery. Alcohol shipments cannot be left unattended.

Carrier requirements

Alcohol shipments must be transported using a carrier authorized to transport alcohol in Texas and must comply with carrier and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission requirements. Packages containing alcohol will be identified as required.

Quantity limits

Texas direct-shipping rules limit wine shipments to the same consumer to no more than 9 gallons in a calendar month and 36 gallons in a 12-month period. Mythical Buzz may impose lower limits or block an order when needed for compliance.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges shown at checkout are based on the method and quantity selected. Shipping and handling charges may be taxable where required.

Delivery issues

Please contact Mythical Buzz promptly if a shipment is damaged, missing, refused, or returned. Refunds or replacements are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable carrier rules.

Shipping availability may change as permits, carriers, laws, or service areas change.
