Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact Mythical Buzz as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to cancel orders that have not entered fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photos when appropriate. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other remedy is appropriate.

Alcohol returns

Alcohol return and replacement options may be limited by law, carrier rules, product condition, and whether the product has been opened. Do not return alcohol without first contacting Mythical Buzz for instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when practical. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
